They have always used ERwin as a tool to manage their databases, but now they are increasingly looking for it to be that “one-stop shopping tool for all information,” she noted. More and more, CA is hearing from customers that ERwin is being used as a hub, providing a single, consistent view of information from all relevant sources for all the information management initiatives including data governance and business intelligence, said Burbank.
